Put some serious mileage on the leather shorts this weekend. Still adjusting to my owning leather shorts, frankly. They’re actually really versatile—and I don’t mean versatile in a chinchilla underpants kind of way.
[Simple pleats, a generous inseam, and soft, narrow cuffs = super traditional with a twist.]
We snapped these pics on our floor of the beautiful Allison Inn and Spa after some fireside cocktails. There wasn’t an inch of this hotel that wasn’t stunning. She’s only 6 months old, and we felt very fortunate to get to spend 3 nights there enjoying her well-oiled perfection. Even in her infancy, every aspect is so well thought out. If you’re ever visiting Oregon, well—you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
Most importantly, these shorts have a certain sense of humor with their cool. And when it comes to clothes, that is definitely something I can get behind.
