Corks + Caftans

I always say I’ll never move again.

July 9, 2011 5 Comments

It was hot.

It was stressful.

There were something along the lines of 32 chairs in the truck.

But sunshine arrived in the form of my fabulous friend Lizzie, who showed up with a cooler full of wine, Cokes, water, cupcakes, and candy. She also documented things—the following photos are courtesy she.

Enjoy! But mostly because you weren’t the one doing it.

All smiles in front of the new casa.

[It’s all good in the hood. Apparently.]

Thirsty people. Our parents are the best. Can you guess who procreated with who to create who?

Big thanks to Lizzie for the refreshments, mom and dad (both sets) for all the hard work, and Rob for lending me some sanity in the midst of the chaos, which came in the form of this:

“Jesus Christ, pull yourself together.”

Rob’s mom happy in glee sitting next to him… your mother sits next to her, smiling in all her likeness to Carey Glory. Rob’s dad on the far right? Yours near your mother?
Damn… I’m never good at this but I thought I would give it a shot.
    So happy for you!
    Shots of the new place?!
